In a traditional Billing/Invoice/Statement paper-based process, documents are printed from the ERP or Financial application to a printer where users must sort, collate, insert and mail them. This manual labour-intensive process is very time consuming and makes it expensive for organizations to deliver quality service.

Synergize Print Stream Capture enables organizations to automatically capture and electronically store documents that otherwise would have been printed from the ERP system in Synergize. The common need to use pre-printed paper is eliminated through the ability to create digital letterhead templates and merge them with PDF or TIFF files.
Supporting documents such as proof of deliveries, trade agreements or checks that have been scanned and indexed into Synergize are available to be associated with print stream documents, creating a single complete document that can be automatically printed, faxed, or emailed to customers. Once processed, a historically accurate and unalterable copy of the document is retained in Synergize for future reference. This greatly aids customer service and reduces reprinting, archival and transactional costs.
