In this edition we would like to provide you with a Tip and a Trick that can assist you to better utilize your Synergize system.

Scan once and index to multiple values.

Use Synergize parent-child indexing to apply multiple key values to a single document. This is beneficial when you need to reference a single document by more than one key value. For instance in the case of a manifest or trip sheet, the document would be indexed to multiple order numbers so that when searching, the document is retrievable by any of the order numbers.

Parent-child indexing is useful for documents such as; trip sheets containing many pro bills, manifests, class lists with student #’s, insurance policy endorsements, patient lists in health clinics and much more.
