In this edition we would like to provide you with a Tip and a Trick that can assist you to better utilize your Synergize system.

1) Take advantage of our online CBT (Computer Based Training) courses. Clients with active SUA are able to access a variety of online Synergize training modules in video and pdf formats. This includes End User, IT Admin and Business Admin courses to help you improve your expertise and utilization of Synergize. To request access to the Portal go to http://www.microdea.com/access.html

2) Unattended Indexing - If you receive part of your documents electronically in a consistent format consider pre-arranging the file name structure with your sender to ensure that a few key indexing fields are included. Then configure Synergize Indexing to monitor a directory in an Unattended mode. This way, Synergize will be able to automatically index these files upon arrival without any additional intervention and eliminate the need to print electronic files and manually index them.
