Synergize Automatic Distribution Module - January 24th, 2012
The Synergize Automatic Distribution Module operates in conjunction with Synergize Process Server and enables you to automatically distribute documents immediately after they are added to Synergize.

Synergize Parent-Child Indexing - October 26th, 2011
Use Synergize parent-child indexing to apply multiple key values to a single document. This is beneficial when you need to reference a single document by more than one key value. For instance in the case of a manifest or trip sheet, the document would be indexed to multiple order numbers so that when searching, the document is retrievable by any of the order numbers.

Synergize Document Views - September 21st, 2011
Use the Synergize Document Views feature to sort documents and allow users in different departments to only see documents related to their business function. This reduces clutter and allows users to focus only on the documents they need to accomplish their tasks.

Use Synergize Visual Annotations to assign tasks, ensure important areas of a document are acknowledged, or control what information is visible to other users. We have created a video that explains the Redaction, Highlight, Pen, and Text tools and demonstrates how to use each of them!

Document and Workflow Audit Trails - May 11th, 2011

Forms Classification - February 16th, 2011
Synergize Forms Capture and Processing now provides advanced document classification capabilities. Documents are classified based on data that makes them identifiable. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) achieves this by reading strips or zones of a document.
