In this edition we would like to provide you with a Tip and a Trick that can assist you to better utilize your Synergize system.
1) Looking to increase visibility and improve employee performance?
Turn logging on to view audit histories of all user activities. Synergize enables you to log various activities such as; who viewed specific documents, who participated in workflows, what tasks were performed, and how long it took to complete the tasks. Audit logs are conveniently viewable in the user interface after their preferences are setup in the server. Click on the link for screen shots and descriptions of Audit Logs.
2) Are you accustomed to viewing your documents and data in MS Windows?
Use Category Builder to create different displays for the lists of documents that you are searching. Instead of searching in QBE, benefit from Category Builder by organizing documents into easy-to-follow folders, similar to Exploring folders in MS Windows.
