The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) and the Association of Canadian Compliance Professionals (ACCP) are pleased to present the 8th Annual Compliance Forum to be held on Tuesday October 6, 2009 at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel (123 Queen Street West, Toronto).
The comprehensive one-day agenda, developed by a volunteer sub-committee of the ACCP, has been specifically designed for seasoned and newly appointed compliance officers of firms seeking in-depth and current compliance best practices.
Come and listen to a wide variety of speakers examine many issues facing the world of compliance today. These topics include fraud dedection and investigation techniques, conflicts of interest, compliance testing and sampling techniques, as well as a discussion between regulators about registration reform, point of sale disclosure and the client relationship model.
Join us for a networking breakfast at 7:15am, followed by introductory remarks from Kim Maggiacomo, ACCP Chair. The day will wrap-up with a cocktail reception for you to enjoy a drink and some munchies with your colleagues or to meet new people.
