TMW-Synergize™ for TMT ServiceCenter® enables vehicle service and repair companies to improve customer service and reduce administrative expenses by automating labor-intensive tasks and allowing all relevant documents to be stored in a single, secure location. Workflow ensures that these documents are processed in a timely manner consistent with corporate best practices.
Process Management (Workflow)
TMW-Synergize™ for TMT ServiceCenter® provides a flexible workflow tool that enables vehicle service and repair companies to automate tasks associated with processes such as, the order-to-cash cycle, parts & inventory management, mechanic & shop management, and warranty management.
Automatic email notifications can be configured according to pre-defined time intervals to alert management if documents have not been reviewed and validated.
TMT® also exports to Microsoft Dynamics GP®, which allows the system to automatically match payables documents in Microsoft Dynamics GP® based on the Purchase Order, thereby eliminating manual tasks and improving processing efficiency.
