Solution Overview
TMW-Synergize™ for TMT Fleet Maintenance® improves the management of fleet assets and expenses by automating labor-intensive tasks and allowing all documents related to equipment, shop employees, preventive maintenance schedules, parts inventory, fuel and tire usage, and much more to be stored in a single, secure location. Authorized users are able to easily access and view these documents from the familiar TMT Fleet Maintenance® interface.
Process Management (Workflow)
TMW-Synergize™ for TMT Fleet Maintenance® provides a flexible workflow tool that enables companies to automate the maintenance lifecycle (Demand, Execution, Back Office). Workflow automatically routes documents to the appropriate personnel, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner consistent with corporate best practices.
Automatic email notifications can be configured according to pre-defined time intervals to alert management if documents have not been reviewed and validated.
TMT® also exports to Microsoft Dynamics GP®, which allows the system to automatically match payables documents in Microsoft Dynamics GP® based on the Purchase Order, thereby eliminating manual tasks and improving processing efficiency.
