Solution Overview
TMW-Synergize™ Freight Claims Management for TruckMate® is an add-in module to Billing that improves responsiveness to claims by automating labor-intensive portions of the claims process and allowing all OS&Ds, documents and correspondences related to a claim issue to be maintained in a single, secure location. Workflow ensures that these documents are processed in a timely manner consistent with corporate best practices.
Process Management (Workflow)
TMW-Synergize™ Freight Claims Management for TruckMate® provides a flexible workflow tool that helps companies automate their claims process. On receipt of an OS&D document from TruckMate®, the solution will advance the document for validation. Once validated, the claim will be approved, rejected, or sent for a managerial or executive review if the claim amount is higher than pre-determined thresholds. After the review process is complete, the claim is again either rejected or approved, and once approved, the claim is advanced to be paid.
Automatic email notifications can be configured to alert dispatchers after 96 hours if the claim has not been validated, alert managerial or executive staff after 24 hours if the claim has not been reviewed, and alert administrative staff after 24 hours if the claim has not been approved and advanced to be paid. All the time interval values for alerts are configurable.

The TMW-Synergize Freight Claims Management for TruckMate® add-in is provided as a turn-key solution with a defined scope and configuration. Additional user licenses may be incrementally acquired, as well as any customization or other professional services.
