Synergize uses a Web-based graphical workflow designer which enables authorized users to easily design and deploy workflow scenarios. The visual design tool allows complex procedures to be quickly mapped and business process rules implemented, including for example: to whom a document will be routed, the maximum amount a time a document may spend in each stage of the workflow scenario, and any information that the users must provide in order to move a document.

The Synergize workflow model is easy to implement and maintain.  People can be added to or removed from various stages in the workflow scenario without the scenario itself requiring re-mapping.  Should business needs change, re-mapping is easily accomplished internally. This eases change management and ensures the system can keep pace with evolutionary changes in the organization.

All progress through the workflow scenario is tracked by Synergize™, empowering business administrators to determine the real-time status of a specific document or group of documents and build metrics to evaluate overall function of business processes.
