Challenge: To Automate Document Delivery and Provide Rapid Information Retrieval For Customers

Hyndman Transport needed to provide their customers with real time shipment information. The current volume of paperwork associated with each shipment made it difficult for customer service staff to quickly locate current customer information. The company wanted to decrease their dependency on manual paper transactions. Hyndman Transport required a cost effective and dependable solution which would seamlessly integrate with their Maddocks Systems TruckMate® trucking software.

Results: Cost Savings Due to a Reduction in Administrative Staff and Improved Profits

Employee productivity has increased as Synergize enables staff in all departments to now quickly retrieve information, directly from their desktop. Administrative staff are no longer required to spend their time on filing, retrieving, photocopying and faxing paper documents. Their time can now be spent on other revenue generating tasks, allowing Hyndman Transport to achieve significant cost savings.

 

Since implementing Synergize, the company has significantly reduced administrative staff from 14 to 8.
