BUSINESS CHALLENGES

Documentation that is critical to billing and follow-up requests could be in any one of Bandstra Transport Systems' seven locations. Obtaining a means to efficiently manage and route these documents is necessary to reduce manual labour-intensive tasks and streamline operations.
SOLUTION
The Synergize Advanced Document Management System was deployed to manage and streamline Bandstra Transport Systems' operations. The solution also has the ability to link primary documents (Invoices) to supporting documents (POD's) and distribute these documents by email.
RESULTS
The results have been impressive; staff redeployment has substantially reduced labour costs while the company doubled (200%) in revenue without adding any new office staff.
